The Contemporary Accessible Wall Hung WC combines easier use with a modern wall mounted design, providing a more attractive alternative to traditional institutional-style accessible sanitaryware.
Measuring 700mm from the wall, the extended ceramic pan provides additional projection for accessible bathroom layouts. Its wall hung installation allows the finished seat height to be determined by the supporting WC frame and installation requirements, while also leaving the floor beneath clear for easier cleaning.
The WC is supplied with a removable soft seat designed to provide greater comfort and security. The open-front seat is made from a single recyclable material without metal components that may deteriorate over time. It can be removed and repositioned easily, helping provide better access to the ceramic surface during cleaning.
Unlike conventional toilet seats, the seat does not require holes or exposed metal fixing pins through the ceramic. This creates a cleaner surface with fewer areas in which dirt can collect.
The rimless ceramic bowl uses a powerful dual-jet flushing system to distribute water effectively throughout the pan.
This product is suitable for accessible residential, hospitality, care and commercial bathroom projects. Compliance with a particular accessible bathroom specification, including Approved Document M, depends on the complete room layout, installation height, WC frame, grab rail positions and surrounding clearances. These should be checked by the project designer before installation.
A matching ergonomic wall hung basin is available as an optional extra, with integrated elbow support areas, wheelchair access and a raised rim designed to help contain water.
The WC is suitable for installation with our Super Slim Wall Hung Toilet Cistern and Frame, which provides 180mm pan fixing centres, adjustable installation height and a 3/6-litre dual flush cistern. The frame, cistern and flush plate are available separately.
