The Super Quiet shower pump is designed for reliable pressure boosting in gravity-fed hot and cold water systems where a conventional positive head pump may not be suitable. Manufactured in the UK, it combines durable brass construction, twin-head impellers and a continuously rated induction motor to provide dependable performance with low operating noise.
Using regenerative pump technology, the Super Quiet range is particularly well suited to domestic installations where water flow conditions can vary. This design helps the pump maintain efficient operation, cope with higher water temperatures and handle air within the pipework more effectively than many traditional pump designs.
The solid brass pump casings are precision machined to optimise water movement through the pump, helping to reduce vibration and contribute to quieter running. Rubber isolation feet further minimise the transfer of noise to surrounding surfaces.
Unlike positive head pumps that rely on a minimum flow rate to activate, the Super Quiet Universal models incorporate pressure vessels, pressure switches and flow switches. This allows the pump to operate without a minimum starting flow requirement while also helping to prevent unwanted cross-flow between hot and cold water supplies.
Each pump is supplied complete with four stainless steel braided flexible hoses with 22mm connections, a 1.5 metre power cable and anti-vibration mounting feet. Every unit is pre-wired and factory tested before leaving production.
The Super Quiet Universal range is suitable for universal head, gravity-fed hot and cold water systems.
Please note that these pumps are not suitable for use with combination boilers, pressurised hot water cylinders or direct connection to the mains water supply.
