Pantone Colour of the Year

It’s that time of year again: Pantone have announced their Colour of the Year for 2014 – Radiant Orchid. This is a marked contrast from 2013’s colour, Emerald.

 

So what’s so good about Radiant Orchid?

Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute describes, “An enchanting harmony of fuchsia, purple and pink undertones, Radiant Orchid inspires confidence and emanates great joy, love and health. It is a captivating purple, one that draws you in with its beguiling charm.”
