Continuing with our ‘who showers in a bathroom like this’ snoopathon, we’re taking a look around Jennifer Lopez’s spacious $22m NoMad penthouse in The Big Apple.
It’s always a nice surprise when the celebs put their wads of cash to good use and either hire an interior designer to transform their property, or buy a pad that’s already über-stylish. In fact, we’re more than a little bit jealous of J.Lo’s slice of prime real estate in one of the most exciting cities in the world.

What’s hot about J.Lo’s NYC penthouse?
How long have you got? For starters, as one of four converted condos in the 90-year-old Whitman Building that spans an entire block between 26th and 27th Street, it’s huge. She shares the exclusive six-storey building with neighbours Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon. Added bonuses include a gym, private storage, a full-time doorman and key-locked lifts with private landings – a must for any celeb.

The penthouse offers a whopping internal space of 6,500sqft with tall 12’4” ceilings and beautiful oak floors, as well as 3,000sqft of external space. The generous layout includes four bedrooms, six bathrooms and an open-plan Arclinea chef’s kitchen with bespoke white cabinets and a large island.
As if that wasn’t enough, it also features a vast reception room with floor to ceiling doors that open onto one of the four terraces with views of Madison Square Park. When it comes to big city living, landing a home with your own green space is a real luxury and priced accordingly.

What we love about J.Lo’s bathroom
Whilst the rest of Jen’s swanky apartment is undoubtedly stunning, we can’t help but be drawn to this particular bathroom with its high-end finishes and Italianate marble. It’s big enough to film a J.Lo music video in.
Who wouldn’t want to waste a few hours enjoying this amazing bathing space with doors opening out onto yet another terrace? It would be hard to decide whether to take a soak in its inviting sculpted contemporary bath or dance under the waterfall shower of its expansive walk-in glass shower enclosure. Mind you, stepping out of the bath tub onto that fluffy rug looks pretty tempting.
Would we snap up this $22m penthouse if money were no object? Hell, yes! Who wouldn’t want a spacious NYC crib to call home? Do you think Jenny would be up for a house swap? Probably not…
