This prefinished limed and oiled oak engineered plank floor has a 6mm solid Oak top layer that is bonded onto a plywood timber backing making this wooden floor extremely stable. This added stability allows engineered wood flooring to be used over underfloor heating, laid directly to existing concrete and timber subfloors and with its 20mm total thickness it is also suitable for spanning joists. We can supply limed oak flooring in the individual widths of 150mm, 200mm and 260mm plus in random plank widths. Something else that should be taken into account, due to the 6mm thickness of the top hardwood wear layer this engineered wooden flooring has the same longevity as a solid wood floor but without the stability issues. All wood flooring is priced per m2 and is excluding vat.
